This event is held in an Alu Hall Temporary Structure. The length can be extended by successive increments of 4 or 5m, depending on the type. A generous sidewall height and solid PVC side panels enhance this concept, which is based on a modular structure.The Alu Hall can withstand most types of weather, with wind up to wind force 11 (74 mph).

Booking Terms
All bookings require a £15 per person deposit and are based on a minimum table of 8 people on dinner nights. A deposit is non-refundable and balance payments are due 60 days prior to the event date. If the event falls within 60 days a balance payment is due on booking. Cancellations must be made in writing. Where a cancellation falls within 60 days before the event date the balance will remain due in full, unless Planet Pursuits can resell the tickets.
A minimum administration charge will be non-refundable on all bookings. A booking whether by signature or email is accepted as being legally binding when a deposit invoice has been received.
Planet Pursuits reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the booking or event date when any night does not achieve 70% capacity on all published evenings. Planet Pursuits reserves the right to modify, change or remove any aspect of the entertainment, menu or theme, such changes will be highlighted on the swindonchirstmasparties website, which is the definitive source of information relating to your event package.
