Duck confit – deliciously intense flavour, with a cranberry compote, on a bed of wilted baby spinach and rocket with balsamic dressing
Baby baked potatoes roasted in organic olive oil with pink salt and black pepper
Organic carrots with an orange and butter glaze

Vegetarian - Apple and  Colston Bassett strudel
